Global Citizenship Partners was established with a clear purpose: to give individuals and families access to the expertise they need to navigate citizenship by investment with confidence. We are one of Antigua and Barbuda’s longest-standing licensed CBI advisory firms, authorised representatives of the programme since its inception in 2013.
That longevity matters. We have seen the programme evolve, watched its international standing grow, and guided clients through every change in requirements and fees along the way. Director and Shareholder
Ruby brings a rare combination of financial expertise, cultural fluency, and personal warmth to every client relationship. A former international banker with a career spanning financial planning, wealth management, and investment analysis, she made Antigua and Barbuda her home and has since become one of the island’s most respected citizenship by investment practitioners.
Originally from Hong Kong, Ruby divides her time between Antigua and the United Kingdom — a dual perspective that serves her clients well.
